Payments
1. Creative Web Design
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin working on your website. All invoices are to be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
If payment is not received, we will not proceed to work on your project.
The remaining balance will be due on completion of the project.
2. Design & Branding
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin working on your project. All invoices are to be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
If payment is not received, we will not proceed to work on your project.
The remaining balance will be due on completion of the project.
3. Marketing & Content Creation
For one-off projects, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin working on your project. All invoices are to be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt. The remaining balance will be due on completion of the project.
For on-going projects, we will send a monthly invoice before we begin working on your project. All invoices are to be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
If payment is not received, we will not send over any of our work created for your project.
Cancellation Notice

For ongoing projects, we require a 30 day notice cancellation period.

For one-off projects, your deposit is nonrefundable.
By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
